Limited offers a range of cards designed to fit your lifestyle and business needs. Whether you’re setting up your first card or adding another one, the process is quick, clear, and entirely within your dashboard.

To get started, head to web.limitedapp.com/cards or open the Cards tab in your dashboard.

If this is your first card, you’ll see the option to Get a Card directly on your dashboard or by clicking Get Your First Card under the Cards tab — whichever you prefer.

Once there, you’ll see all available card options.

Setting Up Your Card

Card creation now happens in a single, simplified flow. Here's what to expect:

1. Basics

• Cardholder: Choose who the card is for — you, a team member, or a department — then select them from the list.
• Name on Card: The name that will be printed on the card.
• Card Nickname: A personal label to help you identify the card in your lists (only you see this).

2. Type

• Credit or Debit: Choose how the card will be funded. Debit spends from your account balance; Credit spends from your available credit line.
• Virtual or Physical: Virtual cards are ready instantly. Physical cards are shipped to you.
• Card Tier: Choose White, Silver, or Gold — each with its own fee, shown alongside the option.

As you make selections, a live preview of your card and a summary of its type, spend limit, fees, and shipping time are shown on the side.

3. Shipping (Physical Cards Only)

If you've chosen a physical card, select where it should be shipped:

• Billing Address (Card Address)
• Organization Owner Legal Address
• Saved Shipping Address
• Enter a New Address

4. Spending Limit

Set a spend limit for the card, or leave it blank if you don't want a limit applied.

5. Agreements and Confirmation

Agree to the Cardholder Agreement, Terms & Conditions, Membership Agreement, Privacy Policy, and E-Consent, then click Create Card.

After confirming and creating the card, virtual cards are ready to use right away, while physical cards are processed and shipped to your selected address.

Viewing All Cards and Benefits

All card types and benefits are displayed directly within the web app.
