This guide walks you through the full process of getting started with Limited — from creating your account to being fully verified and ready to use. You’ll also learn how to sign in and sign out, all in one place.

Step 1 — Create your account

• Head to web.limitedapp.com and click Sign Up.
• Choose your country from the list.
• Enter your phone number and click Create Account.
• You’ll receive a one-time password (OTP) by SMS. Enter it, then click Verify and Continue.
• You’ll arrive at your dashboard, where the Setup Guide will walk you through what’s next.

Tip: If you don’t receive the OTP right away, wait a minute and then select Resend. Make sure your phone has signal.

Step 2 — Verify your email

• In the Setup Guide, click Verify Email.
• Enter your email address.
• Check your inbox for the email OTP, enter it in the web app, and click Verify.
• Once verified, your email will show as complete in the Setup Guide.

Verifying your email adds extra security and ensures you receive account notifications.

Tip: If you don’t receive the email. Check your Junk/Spam folder, it might accidentally land there.

Step 3 — Get Gold Verified

• From the Setup Guide, click Get Gold Verified.
• Fill in your personal details.
• Upload the requested documents.
• Submit your information and keep an eye on the review status shown in the Setup Guide.
• When approved, your account will become Gold Verified, unlocking full access to Limited features.

Tip: Upload clear, readable documents. Make sure names and dates match your profile details.

Step 4 — Choose how you’ll use Limited

Personal account

• Select Personal if you’re using Limited for yourself.
• Then you can add a photo for your organization (Step 5).

Business account

• Select Business if you’re using Limited for your company.
• In the Setup Guide, click Verify Business.
• Enter your business details and upload the required documents.
• Submit and wait for approval — your business profile will activate once verified.

Tip: Double-check that your legal name and registration number match your documents exactly.

Step 5 — Make your profile easy to recognize

• Add your organization picture — a friendly photo of yourself or your company logo.
• Set your organization handle so other Limited users can send you instant transfers quickly.
• Keep your handle short and easy to remember.

Sign in when you come back

• Go to web.limitedapp.com.
• Choose your country.
• Enter your phone number and click Sign In.
• Enter the OTP sent to your phone and you’ll be signed in to your dashboard.

Sign out when you’re done

• In the web app, go to the top-right corner of the screen.
• Click your organization name or logo.
• From the dropdown menu, select Sign Out.
• Confirm by clicking Sign Out again.
