Save Recipients for Faster Payments
You can now save recipients in your Limited organization to make future payments faster and easier. Instead of entering the same details every time, simply save a recipient once and reuse their information whenever needed.
Saved recipients are available across the following payment methods:
- Instant Transfers
- Banks & Mobile Wallets
- Crypto Transfers
Saving an Instant Transfer Recipient
To save someone for future instant transfers:
- Head to web.limitedapp.com and open the Send Money tab.
- Select Instant.
- Under New Recipient, enter the person’s handle.
- Select the correct user from the results.
- Click Save Recipient for Later.
The recipient will now appear in your saved list the next time you make an instant transfer.
Saving a Bank or Mobile Wallet Recipient
When sending to a bank account or mobile wallet:
- Go to Send Money → Banks & Mobile Wallets.
- Enter the recipient’s details and complete the transfer.
- After the transfer is processed, the recipient’s details will be saved automatically, and you’ll have the option to assign a name to this transfer method.
In future transfers, you can:
- Go back to Banks & Mobile Wallets.
- Click Saved Recipients.
- Select the recipient instead of entering their details again.
This saves time and reduces the risk of typing errors.
Saving a Crypto Recipient
For crypto transfers:
- Go to Send Money → Crypto.
- Enter the recipient’s wallet address.
- Select the correct network and token.
- Complete the transfer.
After the transfer, the recipient details will be saved, and you’ll have the option to assign a name to that wallet for easy identification.
The next time you send crypto, simply select the saved recipient instead of entering the wallet address again.
Managing Your Saved Recipients
You can view and manage all your saved recipients in one place.
To access the full list:
- Head to Send Money.
- Click Saved Recipients.
This page displays a complete ledger of everyone you’ve saved, across all supported transfer methods — including Instant, Bank & Mobile Wallets, and Crypto.
From here, you can:
- Select a recipient
- Enter the amount you wish to send
- Click Review and Send
- Confirm the transaction
The payment will then be processed immediately using the saved details.
Searching, Filtering, and Managing Recipients
The Saved Recipients page also includes tools to help you stay organized. You can:
- Search by name, bank, or country
- Filter by transfer method (Instant, Crypto Wallet, Bank & Mobile Wallet)
Each saved recipient displays full details, including the transfer method used and how many times that recipient has been selected for payments.
If you need to make changes, you can also:
- Edit the nickname of a saved recipient for easier identification
- Delete a saved recipient entirely from your ledger if they are no longer needed
This keeps your recipient list clean, accurate, and easy to manage.
Send Money to Multiple Recipients with Batch Payments
Batch Payments allow you to send funds to multiple saved recipients at once. This feature is ideal for payroll, recurring payouts, vendor payments, or any situation where you need to pay several people in one go.
To include someone in a batch payment, they must first be added as a saved recipient. If you haven’t done that yet, please refer to the first section of this article.
Creating Your First Batch
- Log in to web.limitedapp.com.
- Go to Send Money.
- Click Batch Payments.
- Select Create Batch.
You will now be able to configure your batch:
- Batch Name: Give your batch a clear name (for example, “Payroll”).
- Funding Source: Your Primary Account is selected by default.
- Description (optional): Add notes to describe the purpose of this batch.
Adding Recipients to the Batch
Next, head to the Recipients section.
- Select from your Saved Recipients.
- Add the recipients.
- Enter the amount for each one.
The layout works like a table. For each recipient, you can choose:
- The amount you are sending, or
- The amount the recipient will receive
For example:
- If you send 1 USD to a Solana USDC wallet, it will appear as 1 USDC received.
- If you send 1 USD to a Limited user, they will receive 1 USD.
Once you’ve entered all the amounts, click Add to Batch.
You can repeat this process to include multiple recipients before finalizing.
Reviewing and Executing the Batch
When your batch is ready, you have two options:
- Save as Draft if you want to complete it later
- Click Review and Get Quote to proceed
The system will validate the batch and calculate:
- Total amount being sent
- Total fees
- Individual amounts per recipient
- The total cost of the batch
If everything looks correct, click Confirm and Execute.
The transfers will then begin processing one by one.
Some payments (such as Instant transfers) may settle immediately. Others, like bank or blockchain transfers, will follow their normal processing times.
You can track all payments under the Transactions page or by checking the history of the batch payment.
Scheduling Batch Payments
You can also schedule a batch to run automatically.
To schedule a batch:
- Click the calendar icon while creating or after executing a batch.
- Choose how often the batch should run:
- Weekly
- Bi-weekly
- Monthly
- Select the specific day and time.
- Weekly or bi-weekly: choose the weekday and time.
- Monthly: choose the day of the month (for example, the 1st or 30th).
- Choose whether to auto-retry failed payments.
- Review the schedule summary.
- Click Create Schedule.
You can set up a schedule immediately after executing a batch — the option will automatically appear on the same page.
