Viewing and Exporting Your Transactions
The Transactions tab gives you a clear view of every activity linked to your organization. You can see all incoming, outgoing, and pending transfers in one place — and export them whenever you need a record.
Viewing your transactions
Head to web.limitedapp.com and open the Transactions tab.
Here, you’ll see a complete list of all transactions for your organization, including every payment sent, received, or still processing.
Searching and sorting transactions
If you’re looking for something specific, you can use the search bar at the top of the page.
Simply type:
- A recipient or sender name
- A merchant name (for example, Amazon)
The matching transactions will appear instantly.
You can also sort your transactions to better organize your view:
- Newest first or oldest first
- Highest amount or lowest amount
This helps you quickly find recent activity or large transactions.
Filtering your transactions
For more control, you can apply filters to narrow down your results.
- Direction: choose between all transactions, incoming (funds received), or outgoing (funds sent).
- Status: filter by transaction status such as completed, pending, or failed.
- Type: narrow results by activity type like card payments, refunds, or subscriptions.
- Amount: set a minimum or maximum value range.
- Card: view transactions linked to a specific card.
- People: filter by specific senders or recipients.
These filters help you quickly focus on the transactions that matter most
Checking transaction details
Click on any transaction to open a detailed view. You’ll see:
- The transfer state (for example, completed, pending, or failed)
- The sender and receiver
- The date and amount
- The asset sent or received
- Any associated fees or chain information
Exporting your transaction history
If you want to save or share your transaction data, you can export it directly from the same page.
Click Export, then choose your preferred format:
- CSV file — great for detailed data analysis or accounting software
- PDF statement — perfect for reports, records, or audits
The export will include all visible transactions based on your selected filters.
