If you experience a failed transfer or payment in the Limited App, here's how to fix it.
Failed Transfers
- Check the error message that explains why the transfer failed.
- Correct any incorrect information or fulfill the requirements mentioned in the error.
- Try the transfer again with the updated information.
- If the issue continues, contact Limited Support for help.
Failed Card Payments
- Verify that you have enough funds in your account.
- If you've reached your card limit, you can change it:
- Navigate to the Cards tab to adjust your card limit.
- Attempt the payment again after updating the limit.
Following these steps should quickly resolve most payment and transfer issues.
